Located minutes from Hewanorra International Airport on Saint Lucia's southeastern coast, Serenity at Coconut Bay exudes Saint Lucian comfort and presents a more refined interpretation of all-inclusive luxury. The base Plunge Pool Butler Suite spans 1,250 square feet and covers all the essentials. Upgrade to the Premium suite for an extra 250 sq. ft. and an outdoor shower. The Grande suite is the largest, at 1,900 square feet, and features a second TV that rises from the foot of the bed - handy for late-night viewing.

Food & Dining

Serenity at Coconut Bay revolves around its sole restaurant, The Greathouse. The menu focuses on local ingredients and changes regularly, with the chef adding a personal, creative touch to regional St. Lucian dishes. The dining room is styled after a Saint Lucian mansion and has an outdoor/indoor concept so that you can eat in the comfort of the AC, or out on the patio by the pool.

• Sulphur Springs & Diamond Falls ($$) – About 45 minutes away in Soufrière, you can visit St. Lucia's only “drive-in volcano” and the beautiful Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens. Soak in the mineral-rich mud baths and hike to the waterfall, which was formed by volcanic minerals mixing with rainwater. Tours cost around $25-$30 per person, with additional fees for the mud baths. Plan to spend the entire day or at least the afternoon on this excursion.

• The Pitons ($$) – The iconic twin peaks are the island’s most famous landmarks and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Similar to the Sulphur Springs, the Pitons are located near Soufrière, about a 45-minute drive away. If you’re up for it, you can hike Gros Piton, the bigger one, which takes about 4-5 hours. Otherwise, just enjoy the stunning views from various lookout points.

• Piton Falls ($) – This is a lesser-known spot many visitors miss. It’s a natural hot spring pool fed by volcanic water, perfect for a relaxing soak. Located near Soufrière, it’s less crowded than the central Sulphur Springs and costs about $10 per person. • Tet Paul Nature Trail ($) – An easy 45-minute hike close to Soufrière with amazing views of the Pitons. The guides here are great at sharing stories about local plants and history. Entry is around $10 per person.
